On a recent trip to Dallas, Texas, Judy and I had an opportunity to visit the Whizzer Motorbike factory and chat with Dave La Lone, President. Dave treated us to a personal tour of the factory and taught us the history of the Whizzer motorbike. We own the only Whizzer in the area and decided to take it back to the factory for an update and accessory install. The accessories include a rear luggage rack, headlight shield, muffler shield, chrome fender tips and a tachometer. The experts then tuned, adjusted and put my Whizzer in top running condition. Since our return to Aiken I have logged over 200 miles without any problems. The motorbike not only looks sharp, but runs great, too.

In 1998, Dave and others purchased the Whizzer Motorbike Company and began manufacturing an updated version of the Whizzer. This updated version uses state of the art motor and manufacturing techniques that make this the best Whizzer ever produced. The company began production in 1939 and sold motorbikes and motors until 1965, when the company changed directions and dropped the Whizzer motorbike from it's line.

Well, it's back! With a bang and with great sales success the retro look of the new Whizzer has heads turning and a whole new generation of riders. It looks cool, rides like a dream and it's true, ride one and you'll buy one!
