 Billy Scott and The Prophets
SINCE 1965...."The Prophets" and "The Georgia Prophets" have become one of the Top Premier Bands on the Eastern Seaboard, not to mention "Shag Country", of The Southeast Coast of the USA. With such new songs, as "ROLL AROUND ROCKIN"!! From a humble beginning in Huntington, West Virginia to the present, Billy came South and his continuous recordings and outstanding performances have created a demand for this versatile group.
The pictures below were taken at the 2000 Lobster Races in downtown Aiken. It was a cool evening and they sounded great! They performed several selections from their new album, "Ready To Party", as well as everyone's favorite oldies. Jessica Mashburn, the female vocalist who has been sitting in for Cindy since her surgery was also on board for the show. "We liked what we saw and heard so much,that we decided to add Jessica to our permanent line-up. We anticipate bigger and better things to come.
