After years cooking BBQ for private parties and functions, Ron Knight, with the support and help of his wife Patti, decided it was time to open their own restaurant. The buffet features pulled BBQ pork, BBQ chicken, hash & rice, ribs, cole slaw, potato salad, turnip greens, candied yams, baked beans, green beans, corn and their famous Brunswick Stew.
